(Hired by G.I. as a consultant for Motorola buy-out)
Professional Experience:
After graduating from Chatham High School, MA, Mr. Hart entered the United States Marine Corps under the U.S. Naval Enlisted Commissioning Program (NESP) for a seven-year active-duty engagement. He achieved the rank of E-6 Staff Sergeant as an Avionics NCOIC, his Bachelor of Electronics and Computer Engineering Degree, and his admission to the 50th Officers Candidate School in Quantico, VA.
Upon discharge from the United States Marine Corps Active Duty in 1970, Mr. Hart created the ownership business of a client’s information technology, computer technology, and network communications. It was called “Skipper’s Organ and Sound Studio.”
Initially, after the U.S. Marine Corps, Mr. Hart became an instructor of Electronics at Cape Cod Regional Technical High School in 1976.

Mr. Hart worked closely as an Independent Consultant with a primary Global Contract Rights Management System Provider to expand their written proposal and application offerings for Contract Management and Royalty Systems for Film, TV, Publishing, Merchandise Licensing and Internet Syndication in the United States and Canada during for direct and channel sales during 2002.
In 2002, Mr. Hart worked as an independent Consultant to develop a Channel Sales Business approach for a well-established start-up network middleware provider of a ubiquitous computing system for any application with distribution or data storage requirements. This advanced application development system is a network communications buffer with database capabilities. A primary Broadband Provider recently purchased the application along with several small users.
In 2002, Mr. Hart worked independently with two leading Northeastern U.S. Web design and technical development services companies to design and implement a more comprehensive Sales and Marketing program for direct and channel sales.
Mr. Hart was under contract in 2002 for a local municipality to design, develop, produce the RFP, supervise the selection process, and negotiate the long-term agreement with the four major Cellular Vendors. This engagement aimed to provide a technologically superior, multi-provider next-generation “Digital Cellular Site,” utilizing three flagpoles in a planned Veterans Memorial Park. These “Stealth Cellular Sites” containing nine separate cellular providers will not appear as mobile antenna sites because all electronic hardware is enclosed in the three flag poles or the underground bunker. The income from the site will benefit the town financially and provide a new Veterans’ Memorial Park for the community.
Mr. Hart was engaged in the evaluation and solution phases as a Principal Consultant for a UNIX Leadership Platform, Linux/Server Consolidation, Managed Maintenance Solutions, Mainframe Parallel Symplex Optimization, SAP Infrastructure Optimization and Server Infrastructure for a major aerospace company in Massachusetts.
Mr. Hart was engaged in a Data Center & Remote Server Tasking opportunity (the Provider manages the client’s needs at the client location, like Outsourcing) as lead Consultant and Marketing Solution Principal of a significant Digital Voice/ Video, LAN, WAN, and ISP provider in the United States.
Mr. Hart was engaged in a leading-edge Video/Data Storage initiative for a primary New York CATV Content provider as the lead Consultant and Principal for this cutting-edge requirement for massive video media storage and retrieval.

There were also requirements for Commercial Aviation and Marine VHF Radio & Navigation sales & services.
Mr. Hart is a former 6-year member of the Town of Harwich Planning Board, a 25-year member and Chairman of the Harwich Waterways (and Harbors) Committee, and Chairman of the Harwich Accessibility Rights Committee. He is also a 100% Disabled USMC Veteran.
He was married for 54 years and is now a widower. He has three grown children, eight grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
