Description
Within the Portuguese Triangle is a collection of little islands known as the Portuguese Cape Verdes and the Azores, that are several miles off the west coast of Africa, and Portugal, respectively. These tropical islands had a common bond and interesting history with New England, and they still do today. The histories of these unique and peaceful areas of the Atlantic Ocean are often a mixture of fascinating stories, nautical adventure, and sometimes tragedies. This unique island history began back in the days of Whaling, Cranberry growing and Textile Manufacturing times when that part of the Atlantic Ocean was known as the Packet Triangle. Today, this same colorful area of the Atlantic Ocean has reemerged as a popular tourist area and unfortunately, the nautical path of Illegal Drugs, now known as the Portuguese Triangle. I’m sure every generation has looked back at the years of change in their lives and marveled at all the advancements that have been made in their lifetimes. In most instances, regrets are not for what has been done, but for what could have done. Two former college friends; a Marine Archaeologist and an FBI Agent in International Drug Enforcement are unexpectedly reunited to resolve this drug traffic infestation on the high seas.
